But while K Stew had the same sour paparazzi face she always does, the most notable element about the new photos is that aside from looking pretty healthy (so much for those Red Bull and potato chips diet stories), she's still wearing Robert Pattinson's black Baltimore Orioles hat and the ring he reportedly gave her on her index finger.

Though the sweet gesture was marred of course by the other time she was spotted famously wearing one of Rob's hats -- while cheating on him in the now infamous Us Weekly photos of her and her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

But the fact that she's still wearing his clothes is bound to get Twihards excited over a possible reconciliation.
