The Jackson family feud escalated today as Tito Jackson's son TJ was granted temporary guardianship of his late uncle Michael Jackson's children. But who will take care of the kids long term?

Legal analyst Darren Kavinoky suggests that in light of Katherine Jackson's "advancing age" someone else may have to permanently step in to replace her as the children's legal guardian.

"People were concerned about Katherine's age and health as far back as Michael's death," Darren says. "Those arguments are going to be strengthened by her recent mystery trip."

The new controversy began when Katherine was reported missing only to be later found in Arizona. Since Katherine's trip, Michael Jackson's siblings have been divided into two camps: Marlon, Jackie and Tito are feuding with Jermaine, Janet, Randy and Rebbie about a reported lack of communication with Katherine. Marlon, Jackie and Tito felt left in the dark concerning their mother's whereabouts.

The three brothers sat down for an exclusive interview with The Insider's Kevin Frazier yesterday, describing the situation while holding back tears.

"I'm going to get to the bottom of this," Marlon promised, walking out of the interview.

Despite their ongoing drama, Tito, Marlon, Jackie and Jermaine are currently performing in their Unity Tour, which has several more stops, including Saratoga, California on Friday.
