Training for the U.S. Olympic swim team is well underway in Knoxville, Tennessee, and although their schedule is full of demanding tasks, it's just as impressive to hear what they won't be doing. The Insider's 13-year-old correspondent Lauren Kaplan got the scoop on what kind of sacrifices these athletes have to make for a shot at being a champion.

Lauren found out that junk food and hanging out with friends topped most the swimmers' lists of things they have to give up in order to compete to the best of their ability.
They might not be able to take part in comfort foods, but they are able to bring other security blankets along with them to London.
"I have a lucky pair of goggles that I wear in practice," said one hopeful.
Those goggles were traded in for 3D glasses when Disney/Pixar hosted the world premiere of Finding Nemo 3D for the swim team.
Watch the video to hear the athletes sing Dory the fish's song from the film. Nemo returns to theaters September 14.
