Now back in the running, Jenna sits down with our special correspondent Debbie Matenopoulos to talk about her unique life and the bullying she faced growing up.

"The bullying got pretty intense, especially in high school," says Jenna, who would wear girl's clothes and makeup to school. "I couldn't walk in the hallways. People would be near my locker just staring at me. You know, just the name calling, everything."

In high school Jenna came to realize that she was not gay, but born in the wrong body, and at 19 she made the huge decision to have transgender surgery.

"You just hear all these gruesome stories about the surgery, because it was that intense, and that's the only thing that freaked me out," says Jenna, who says she is now "very pleased" and "so happy" when she looks at her body in the mirror.
